Two local men were injured in a rear-end collision Wednesday morning in Dollars Corner that blocked traffic for half an hour.
Just before 11:30 a.m., a Toyota RAV4 driven by Leslie Bruce, 74, of Battle Ground was eastbound on Highway 502, also known as Northeast 219th Street, when a Nissan Pathfinder slowed in front of it, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The Toyota rear-ended the Nissan on the highway, east of Northeast 72nd Avenue, said Battalion Chief Tim Dawdy, spokesman for Clark County Fire & Rescue. Bruce and the pickup driver, Jason Wing, 26, of Vancouver were injured and transported by ambulance to Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.
