Pleasant Valley Primary has been added to the lineup of Battle Ground district schools offering full-day tuition-based kindergarten for the 2013-14 school year. It joins the full-day programs at Captain Strong Primary, Tukes Valley Primary and Maple Grove School.
Battle Ground Public Schools plans one 24-student class at each of the four schools, said Jill Smith, the district’s executive director of teaching and learning.
Tuition is $2,900 for the year, spread over 10 payments of $290 per month. Some students will be supported with grant funding.
Parents can enroll children in full-day kindergarten by contacting the school office and completing the registration and payment information as soon as possible.
