A Vancouver man was arrested early Tuesday morning after a three-hour standoff in the Fourth Plain Village neighborhood.
Police were called to 2615 Rossiter Lane about 11 p.m. Monday after Jerry Booker, 33, allegedly pointed a firearm at his neighbor during a dispute over loud music, according to the Vancouver Police Department.
Booker then went back into his townhouse and police unsuccessfully tried to contact him using a public address system, police said.
At one point, a woman and two young children exited the residence. They told police that there was a firearm and a young child still sleeping inside the residence.
