People with out-of-date or unused medications can dispose of them from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at the Battle Ground Police Department, 507 S.W. First St.
The city says it will accept any type of prescription or over-the-counter drugs. But if they’re liquids, the city asks that the lids be screwed on tight. Identifying information should also be removed from prescription bottles.
While Saturday’s event allows for easy drive-thru drop-off, medications can be disposed of at the Battle Ground Police Department office any time during regular business hours, 10 a.m to 5 p.m. Mondays through. Fridays.
