“Grow Vancouver” Earth Day will bring a seed swap, Spring Food Challenge and speakers to Gaiser Hall at Clark College, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday.
Five Clark County chefs will cook small plates from a box of ingredients from Clark County farms in the “Spring Food Challenge.” Gardeners should bring seeds to trade for a seed swap. An additional 100 pounds of veggie seeds will be given away.
The free event is sponsored by Slow Food Southwest Washington, the Clark College Environmental Club and Urban Abundance. Details are available at 360-436-6144 or Urban Abundance.
