The City of Vancouver permit center will be closed Friday as the city upgrades its permitting software.
The office will be closed all day Friday, and will reopen at 1:30 p.m. Monday.
The new software will allow contractors to apply for permits, check the status of permits and pay permit fees at City of Vancouver.
