The site is at Southeast 136th Avenue and Southeast Seventh Street, Vancouver. Garret Harper and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the buyer and Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.
