Patricia A. Kuni, David Owens and Sheila Owens, for a domestic winery license at Village Vineyard Winery, 9400 N.E. 134th St., Vancouver.

Zachariah J. Webster, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine, and to provide catering from Pizza Schmizza Salmon Creek, 910 N.E. Tenney Road, Suite B-119, Vancouver.
