The Reliant Group of San Francisco has purchased Parklane Apartments in Hazel Dell, a 260-unit complex at 10223 N.E. Notchlog Drive.

The property was purchased for $14.5 million from the Vancouver Housing Authority, which has held the development since buying it as “workforce housing” in 1994 for $8.6 million, according to Columbian archives. The 17-building complex was built in 1978 on nearly 14.6 acres north of 99th Street and west of Interstate 5. Reliant Group financed the purchase through an allocation of 4 percent tax credits and bonds from the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
