Salmon Creek — Picasso, Van Gogh, Rembrandt … Fluffy Shark. The artistic puppy required cardiopulmonary resuscitation to make it through the first few minutes of life, was raised by Panda Paws Rescue in Salmon Creek, and was adopted last December by the Kelly family of Portland. Out of appreciation for Panda Paws founder Amanda Giese, the Kellys are raising funds for Panda Paws by having Fluffy Shark “do his own original one-of-a-kind art pieces,” which are being auctioned off. All the money goes straight to Panda Paws, which cares for special-needs animals. The creative canine’s first attempt to put paw to canvas drew a whopping $700. Visit pandapawsrescue.com.
