The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In August, the nursing assistant program charged registered nursing assistant Mirian Elizabeth Jimenez with unprofessional conduct. Jimenez was convicted of second-degree theft and second-degree complicity to trafficking in stolen property for stealing a ring belonging to a resident of the adult family home where Jimenez worked.

In August, the Department of Health ordered Benjamin Jeanotte to stop practicing as a massage practitioner without a license. He was also fined $1,000.

At its Sept. 19 board meeting, the Oregon State Board of Nursing denied the certified nursing assistant application of Mindy Schilling of Camas for failing to answer questions truthfully during the certification process.
