The Clark County Sheriff’s office says a high-risk sex offender is now living on the 10000 block of Northeast Ward Road northeast of Orchards.
Jimmie John Hoover, 44, was previously registered as homeless. He was convicted of first-degree rape of a child in 1992 and indecent liberties in 1986.
Hoover is 6 feet tall, 180 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
He is not wanted by police; he will be monitored by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
