The Health Systems Quality Assurance Division of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In July, the Nursing Assistant Program released certified nursing assistant April Dawn Mesick from terms and conditions set against her credential.

In August, the Nursing Assistant Program charged certified nursing assistant Cindy Higdon with unprofessional conduct. Higdon allegedly documented that she had administered medications to several patients when she hadn’t.

In August, the Pharmacy Board released pharmacy technician Cory A. Reese from terms and conditions set against his credential.
