Clark County’s Substance Abuse Advisory Board will host the 11th annual Clark County Recovery Forum 5 to 8 p.m. Sept. 20 at Crossroads Community Church, 7709 N.E. 78th St. The forum is part of National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month and will feature guest speakers, lifetime achievement and appreciation awards, kids activities, ROTC color guard, digital storytelling and raffle prizes.
The event brings together those affected by addiction, including families and treatment providers, to celebrate steps made toward recovery. Through the forum people can learn about the recovery process and local resources.
