Battle Ground — River HomeLink School is growing in every way — with the help of lots of donations. Over the summer the innovative program, which offers classroom instruction and support to home-schooled students, merged with Battle Ground HomeLink. Chapman’s Greenhouse and Nursery donated many flowers and parents planted them outside the school; also, an anonymous donor gave about $50,000 worth of office furniture and equipment. Last year, the program had a single 10-room modular on the Maple Grove school campus. Now, eight more nearby classrooms have been added. Enrollment at River HomeLink is approximately 650 students this year.
