RJ Development Services, developers, have purchased 2.87 acres in the commercial zone at Salmon Creek Commons, 2305 N.E. 129th St., Vancouver, from Columbia Credit Union. The purchase price was $812,500. Charlie Kleier, Sierk Braam, Ron Kawamoto and Jack Gallagher of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties in the transaction.
