Police searched an apartment at Ghim’s Village in Hazel Dell and made three arrests as part of an ongoing investigation into drug activity at the apartment, according to a bulletin from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 2 p.m. police with the Clark-Vancouver Regional Drug Task Force served a search warrant in apartment No. 2 at 1304 N.E. 88th St. Three Vancouver men were arrested and a small amount of methamphetamine, as well as meth-related drug paraphernalia, were allegedly found in the apartment.
Alfredo Gallardo-Mejia, 43, Luis Alfredo Gallardo-Flores, 19, and Darrell Larry Hubskey, 42, were arrested for suspected possession of methamphetamine and booked in the Clark County Jail. Hubskey was also arrested on outstanding felony arrest warrants.
“Unfortunately there is a large amount of drug related activity in and around this apartment complex,” said Cmdr. Mike Cooke. “We’ll see if these arrests bring any relief to the innocent people in the area who just want to raise a family in a safe environment.”
