Preliminary plans are in the works expand and renovate a Vancouver convenience market building on Grand Boulevard into a four-tenant property for office and retail tenants.
The proposal to build the Grand Business Center was submitted by Howard and Susan Quang of Portland and would add about 1,500 square feet to the 1,650-square-foot building at 714 Grand Blvd. The Grand Mart was damaged in a December 2010 fire and did not reopen.
Plans include renovating the site’s exterior space with wider sidewalks, landscaping and a reconfigured parking area. The building is intended to serve retail and personal service tenants.
