Camas Parks and Recreation will add a new playground structure to Forest Home Park at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 27. The structure was made possible by a grant from the Parks Foundation of Clark County and a donation from Lacamas Little League.

The new structure will include slides, fun bars and climbing bars.

The 66-year-old park already had two little-league fields, concession stands, a half basketball court, picnic tables and playground areas.

A dedication ceremony is planned for the new structure near the Lacamas Little League concession stand. Mayor Scott Higgins will welcome the crowd, and morning refreshments will be served.
