Who Song & Larry’s Restaurant & Cantina is expected to reopen Friday, more than one month after a kitchen fire closed the Vancouver waterfront venue.
A Sept. 12 dinnertime blaze caused an evacuation and shut down the restaurant at 111 S.E. Columbia Way. Although no one was hurt, the fire caused damage that called for extensive repair and restoration work.
RM Opco LLC owns the restaurant, along with several other Mexican-themed chains that include El Torito Restaurants, El Torito Grill, Acapulco Restaurants, Chevys Restaurants, Las Brisas, Sinigual and El Paso Cantina, among other brands.
