Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Cricket Wireless Communications has leased 1,100 square feet of retail space at Four Seasons Shopping Center, 2516 N.E. 112th St., Suite B-1, Vancouver. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the landlord and Melissa Darm of HSM Pacific represented the tenant.

Embassy Management has leased 881 square feet of office space at Thurston 500, 4317 N.E. Thurston Way, Vancouver, from Weston Investment Co. Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Hector Pelay and Maribel Uribe de Pelayo have purchased the 2,612-square-foot building at 3545 N.E. Third Ave., Camas, from Dickinson Enterprises for $200,000. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

i Love Living Green has leased 550 square feet of space at 1887 Main St., Washougal, from Lone Wolf Development. The business is owned by Juli Panfilio and is scheduled to open in mid-October. The tenant and the landlord represented themselves in the transaction.

New Vision Programs has leased 1,238 square feet of office space at The Arc of Southwest Washington, 6511 N.E. 18th St., Vancouver. The company provides social services. Tamara Fuller and Charlie Kleier of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.

Western United States Agricultural Trade has renewed and expanded their lease to 6,920 square feet of office space at Parkway Plaza III, 4601 N.E. 77th Ave., Suite 240, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

192nd Station Neighborhood Center at 1905 S.E. 192nd Ave., Camas, has leased space in building “B” to the following tenants. Columbia Pacific represented the landlord in these transactions:

A Barber, 1,700 square feet of retail space in Suite 109; Chad Sessions of Real Living Real Estate, 4,100 square feet of office space in Suite 203; Chiropractic Care Center NWPS, 2,000 square feet of medical office space in Suite 111, represented by Cano Real Estate; Curtis B. Bedont DMD, dba Bedont Orthodontics, 2,540 square feet of medical office space in Suite 201, represented by Tamara Fuller of NAI, Norris, Beggs & Simpson; Denim & Frills, Children’s Clothing Boutique, 2,543 square feet of retail space in Suite 107; Panache Salon, 1,415 square feet of retail space in Suite 105; Tropical Smoothie Café, 2,000 square feet of retail space in Suite 113; Twilight Pizza, 4,780 square feet of retail space in Suite 101.
