Drew Fuller’s 50-yard fumble return for a touchdown gave Seton Catholic a lead in the second quarter before White Salmon (3-3, 3-2 Trico League) scored the final six touchdowns of the game.
Seton (0-6, 0-6) also had a 3-0 lead on an Erik Powell field goal in the first quarter.
This was the first time that Seton, new to varsity football this season, had a lead in the second quarter.
“It gave the kids a charge of excitement, something they haven’t experienced yet,” Seton coach Dan Chase said. “It’s something we definitely needed and we are looking forward to building on.”
