The Clark County Sheriff’s Office says a high-risk sex offender known for sexually assaulting children is now homeless in Vancouver.

Dennis Ray Mason, 51, pleaded guilty to attempted unlawful imprisonment in 1984 after following a waitress to her car. In 1989, he pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree child molestation and one count of first-degree attempted child molestation while baby-sitting three children under the age of 8, according to the sheriff’s office.

Mason is 5-feet-10-inches and 160 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He is not wanted by police at this time. He will be monitored by the Vancouver Police Sex Offender Tracking Unit and the sheriff’s office.
