The public is invited to the ground-breaking ceremony for the Planet Clark Emerald home at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the home site, 9717 N.E. 25th Ave. The home is made possible by a partnership of Evergreen Habitat for Humanity, Quail Homes and Clark County.
