A new coffee stand could be part of the remodeled Northgate Village Shopping Center on the northeast corner of Hazel Dell Avenue and Northeast 99th Street in Hazel Dell.

Preliminary plans have been submitted to construct a kiosk with a drive-up window in the existing parking lot, said Josh Oliva of HSP Properties in Vancouver, which co-owns the center. Oliva declined to name the prospective coffee kiosk tenant.

If approved by the Clark County Department of Development, the kiosk would join the shopping center’s existing anchor tenant Dollar Tree and its new tenant, Grocery Outlet, which is set to open early next year in the center’s long-vacant space formerly occupied by Albertsons.
