Plans to subdivide a 4.9-acre parcel for 28 housing units have been submitted for review by the Clark County Community Development Department.
The proposal, slated for a pre-application conference on Dec. 13, calls for subdividing the site into 28 single-family lots on the northeast quadrant of Northeast 124th Avenue and Northeast 112th Street.
AKS Engineering of Vancouver is the contact for the project. The site is owned by Seppala Corp. of Boynton Beach, Fla.
