Vancouver hit freezing temperatures for the first time in more than seven months Tuesday.
The mercury dropped to freezing at Pearson Field around 3 a.m. and hovered there until about 8 a.m., according to the National Weather Service. The lowest temperature recorded was 31 degrees at 7:53 a.m.
The last time freezing temperatures were recorded at Pearson was April 7.
