Dallesport Properties LLC has purchased a 16,500-square-foot industrial building on 2.53 acres from Northwood Cabinets for $1,200,000. The site is at 1615 Schurman Way, Woodland. Murphy Associates represented the buyer and Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the seller.
Dan Finley has leased a 12,330-square-foot industrial warehouse at Vancouver Commerce Park, 11006 N.E. 37th Circle, Vancouver, from Ewing Irrigation. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.
Michael O’Rourke and Anne O’Rourke and Task Industrial LLC have leased a 7,000-square-foot industrial warehouse on 0.32 of an acre at 4200 S.E. Columbia Way, Suite E, Vancouver, from G&P Properties LLC. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.
Siemens Industry Inc. has leased the 12,060-square-foot Sorenson Building at 11800 N.E. 60th Way, Vancouver, from Craig and Trese Sorenson. Rob McEachem of Capacity Commercial Group represented the tenant and Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the landlord.
