Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Alvis-Shannon LLC, doing business as Liberty Tax,has leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at 502 Plaza, 1419 W. Main St., Suite 103, Battle Ground, from Pacific NW Hotels LLC. Greg L. Goforth of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Heritage Bank has purchased 0.57 of an acre at 16400 S.E. 18th St., Vancouver, from Kirkwood Properties Two LLC. The purchase price was $659,454. Colleen Colleary of Kidder Mathews represented the buyer and Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

Main Event Sports Grill, currently at Eighth and Main streets in Vancouver, will expand to east Vancouver at 3200 S.E. 164th Ave., Vancouver. The new 7,300-square-foot location was formerly known as Blackstones. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the sports grill and Pam Lindloff of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.
