A 33-year-old man was in satisfactory condition Friday after being hit by a car in Hazel Dell earlier this month.
Nathan Webster of Vancouver was struck in the 7700 block of Highway 99 by a car driven by Susan Miller, 68, on Nov. 7. Webster had been on his lunch break from Fred Meyer and was going to Burger King, said his mother, Kathy Murphey.
He was sent to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center with serious but not life-threatening injuries, Sheriff’s Sgt. Alex Schoening said. His condition there was listed as satisfactory on Friday, PeaceHealth spokesman Ken Cole said.
Miller, driver of the car, was cooperative with police, was not impaired, and was not speeding, Schoening said.
