Cyber safety for kids presented to parents

U.S. Attorney Jenny A. Durkan and Educational Service District 112 are teaming with local and federal law enforcement for a presentation on Internet safety. All parents and guardians are invited to the 7 p.m. session Thursday at the ESD 112 conference center, 2500 N.E. 65th Ave.

Presenters include agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigation, the U.S. Secret Service and the FBI as well as Vancouver police officers. The comprehensive session will discuss risks ranging from online predators to bullying to financial fraud. Register for this free presentation by emailing parentu@esd112.org.
