Detectives with the Clark-Vancouver Regional Drug Task Force arrested a homeowner on suspicion of drug possession and having a drug house Friday afternoon, a day after they served a search warrant at his house in the Minnehaha area when he wasn’t home.
Timothy Hyclak, 30, was arrested around 3:30 p.m. shortly after he left his home and booked at the Clark County Jail on suspicion of possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house, according to a bulletin from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office. He was taken into custody without incident.
Thursday around 5:30 a.m. the Southwest Washington Regional SWAT Team served the warrant at Hyclak’s home at 5305 N.W. 48th Ave. Eight people were in the home at the time. A small amount of drugs and drug paraphernalia was found in the house, said Cmdr. Mike Cooke, of the drug task force.
Cassandra Niquette, 28, and Timothy Walker, 54, both from Vancouver, were arrested on outstanding warrants Cooke said.
