Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

192nd Plaza South LLC has purchased 1.48 acres at the southeast corner of Southeast 192nd Avenue and 20th Street in Vancouver from To Help Hope LLC for $1,257,000. Plans are approved to construct a mixed-use retail and office complex. Terry Phillips and Mike Merrill of The Phillips Group represented the seller.

Advantel, a telecommunications provider, has renewed its lease of 3,230 square feet of office space at Vancouvercenter, 700 Washington St., Suite 601, Vancouver. Tamara Fuller and Doug Bartocci of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Back Alley Bar and Grill has renewed its lease of 5,000 square feet of retail space at 6503 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver from Parkhill Shopping Center. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Canfield Transfer has leased 62,798 square feet of industrial space at Columbia Business Center, Building 47, Suites 170-180, 705 S.E. Victory Ave., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the tenant and Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented the landlord.

David Fisher of Firehouse Photo, specializing in family and sports photography, has leased 1,150 square feet of retail space at 5145 N.E. 94th Ave., Vancouver, from Vancouver Mall Business Park LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Dr. Roof, residential remodelers, has leased 2,000 square feet of flex/industrial space at Grout Family Property, 6806 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver. Ron Kawamoto of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Lifetouch National School Studios has renewed its lease of 2,790 square feet of industrial space at 109th Avenue Business Park, 2903 N.E. 109th Ave., Suite E, Vancouver. Dave Brown of Columbia Commercial Properties represented both parties.

State Farm Insurance and Kris Greene have leased 1,467 square feet of office space at Crestwood Business Center, 11818 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 101, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is July 1.
