• Realtors Scott Combs and Troy Hershey will become part of the Real Living franchise operated by Chad and Hollie Sessions in the Portland-Vancouver area. Combs and Hershey will work from an office at 1404 N.E. 134th St. in the Salmon Creek area.

• Dick Hannah of Vancouver-based Dick Hannah Dealerships has received the Robert P. Mallon Dealer of the Year award. The Washington State Auto Dealers Association gave Hannah the award during its annual convention May 10. In recognition of Hannah’s receipt of the award, the Auto Dealers Association made a contribution in his name to the Ray Hickey Hospice House.

• Margaret Murray, a real estate sales professional, has joined Keller Williams Realty at the Vancouver Market Center, 915 Broadway, Suite 100. Murray has more than 20 years in the mortgage lending and real estate industry. margaretmurray@kw.com.

• Erin Runyan, daughter of Leslie and Erik Runyan, has joined the staff of Erik Runyan Jewelers in Vancouver. She is the fifth generation to work at the family-owned jewelry store.
