Vancouver-based Holland acquires 440-unit apartment complex in Oregon

Vancouver-based Holland Partners Group has continued its rapid West Coast expansion with the recent acquisition of the 440-unit Arbor Creek apartment complex in Beaverton, Ore., according to the Portland Business Journal.The $35.5 million transaction was brokered by Gail Neuburg of ARA Portland, who represented the seller Kennedy Wilson, a Beverly Hills, Calif.-based firm. Holland Partners Group develops, manages and acquires multifamily properties.

Holland now oversees more than 21,000 apartment units in Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Nevada and Arizona.
