Randall Woodfield, the man known as the I-5 Killer, had his first run-in with police in Clark County.

Woodfield exposed himself in Vancouver in 1972 and was charged with indecent liberties, The Oregonian reported Thursday.

Police on Thursday announced that they had linked Woodfield to three additional deaths in the early 1980s using new advances in DNA technology.

Woodfield is now tied to seven homicides, and suspected of perhaps two dozen more. He is serving a life sentence in Oregon.
