Brewed Awakenings to put coffee shop in retail center

Vancouver-based Brewed Awakenings espresso chain plans a gourmet coffee shop in the Andresen Marketplace, a retail complex anchored by Safeway at 6709 N.E. 63rd Ave., Vancouver.

The shop will serve coffee drinks, related beverages and pastries in the 3,180-square-foot space.

Brewed Awakenings was represented by Deborah Ewing, a vice president and broker with Vancouver-based Eric Fuller & Associates Inc. The landlord, Scott 2004 Family Limited Partnership, was represented by Pam Lindloff, an associate vice president with NAI Norris Beggs & Simpson in Vancouver. Brewed Awakenings operates six locations in the metro area.
