Jorge A. Castro, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Jorge’s Margarita Factory, 14415 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver.

Roberta L. Lang and Albert E. Percival, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine, and to provide wine tasting, at Whole Foods Market, 815 S.E. 160th Ave., Vancouver.

Norma J. Griffith, for a license to sell beer and wine at Buddy’s Whistle Stop, 206 N. Railroad Ave., Yacolt.

Joseph M. Depinto, Ena W. Koschel, Janet E. Henry, Arthur E. Rubinett and Lawrence G. Hughes, for a license to sell beer and wine at 7-Eleven, 1234 N.E. Anderson Road, Vancouver.
