A 48-year-old woman was injured early Thursday when her 2003 Ford Taurus rear-ended a 2005 Ford Freestar Van when the van slowed down to exit from SR 500 onto Interstate 205, according to Washington State Patrol.

Leah Miller was transported to Legacy Salmon Creek to be treated for possible ankle, knee, wrist and back injuries. She was later released.

The van’s driver, Erik Youngberg, was uninjured.

Miller was cited for speeding too fast for conditions.
