Battle Ground police seek help in identifying robber

Battle Ground police are hoping someone will look at a security video image of a man who robbed the IQ Minit Mart. A detective is seeking a tip as to who he might be.

The robber entered the store at 1515 S. Parkway Avenue about 9:50 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, according to a police bulletin.

Displaying a large knife, he demanded cash from the clerk, then exited the front door and ran north on Parkway.

He is described as being about 5 feet 9 inches tall and 175 pounds, considered a medium build. he wore a bandana on his head and sunglasses and had a short beard.
