Stevenson — Thirty students marched from Stevenson High School to the Skamania County Courthouse on March 20 to help promote substance-free living and the prevention of underage drinking. They met county commissioners in the courtroom and read a proclamation about the prevention of underage drinking.

“Let’s Draw the Line” is a campaign supporting the prevention of underage drinking. Students are completing projects that will allow the student prevention teams M.A.S.H. (Minors Against Substance abuse Habits, high school) and S.T.O.M.P. (Students Totally Opposed to Minors in Possession, Wind River Middle School) to earn stipends for prevention work.
