Courtyard Village sows Seeds of Love

VanMall: About 35 residents of Courtyard Village Vancouver formed a charitable organization, Seeds of Love, back in 2005. For the past three years, seven members: Jeri Erlandsen, Virgie Villella, Marilyn Whitman, Donna Wheeler, Mavis Drain, Kathleen Hill and Clara Seeker, have worked together to raise money for the YWCA SafeChoice Shelter. They baked, sold raffle tickets and organized a Christmas bazaar. They have donated more than $900 to the shelter since December.
