The following have applied to the Washington state Liquor Control Board:

Walmart Stores, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at stores at: 221 N.E. 104th Ave., Vancouver; 430 S.E. 192nd Ave., Vancouver; and 9000 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver.

Teo Ramirez-Pena, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at a new location of Los Potrillos Mexican Restaurant, 1735 S.E. 192nd Ave., Suite 101, Camas.

Cost Plus Inc., for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Cost Plus World Market, 16801 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver.

Geanna N. Coltman and Rudyard J. Coltman, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Cinetopia, 8700 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Suite VE, Vancouver.
