Two high-risk sex offenders who targeted young girls have registered with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office as living homeless locally.
Bryan Phillip Hiller and Joseph Leofredo Garcia are classified as Level 3 sex offenders, the group considered most likely to commit new sex crimes, according to bulletins from the Sex Offender Registration Unit of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.
Hiller, 50, has been convicted of second-degree incest involving a 12-year-old girl; and three counts of luring a girl, 14, a boy, 12, and a 6-year-old girl who were playing in a construction area. His bulletin says he tried to entice them into his van.
He is white, 6 feet 2 inches tall and 220 pounds. His eyes and hair are brown.
Garcia, 44, has been convicted of third-degree rape of a child, a 15-year-old girl; indecent exposure to a 17-year-old girl whom he asked to perform oral sex; and third-degree rape of another child, a 15-year-old girl, the bulletin said.
