• Kelly Schrader has been appointed OnPoint Community Credit Union’s senior vice president, and chief operations and risk officer. Schrader has more than 20 years of credit- and financial-services experience. o Kurt Creager has joined Otak Inc. as its housing and community development director. o Tim Cross has joined the Vancouver office of Heritage Bank as its vice president-relationship manager. Cross is tasked with cultivating business relationships in the Vancouver area. o Mary Blanchette, executive director of the Children’s Justice Center in Vancouver, will receive the Soroptimist Ruby Award on March 8 during the Best for Women Awards Reception, sponsored by Soroptimist International Southwest Washington and YWCA Clark County. Blanchette directs a multidisciplinary team of professional responders, who work to hold perpetrators of felony-level child abuse accountable while supporting the needs of child victims and their nonoffending family members. • City of Camas Public Works Project Manager James Hodges was recently named a national Public Works Leadership fellow. Hodges will mentor public works professionals enrolled in the American Public Works Association’s Donald C. Stone Center for Leadership Excellence through the next year.
