Four people, including children ages 4 and 5, were reported injured following a high-impact collision on Northeast 219th Street near 29th Avenue Monday morning.

Emergency medical responders and firefighters reported that the injured people were all conscious and breathing following the accident, which occurred around 10 a.m. on the busy road between Duluth and Battle Ground.

At least one of the vehicles ended up in the ditch following the accident.

Three ambulances were dispatched to the scene.

The Washington State Patrol will investigate, as 219th Street is a state highway in that area.
