The following have applied to the Washington state Liquor Control Board:

Target Corp., for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at 8801 N.E. Hazel Dell Ave., Vancouver.

WinCo Foods LLC, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at 2101 N.E. Andresen Road, Vancouver; and at 11310 N.E. 119th St., Vancouver.

Safeway Inc., for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at 408 N.E. 81st St., Vancouver; and at 6711 N.E. 63rd St., Vancouver.

Amy Strappazon, for a license to sell beer at Studio 162, 1900 N.E. 162nd Ave., Suite D-110, Vancouver.

New Albertsons Inc., for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine, and to provide beer and wine tasting at Albertsons, 8300 N.E. 137th Ave., Vancouver.

Sukhdeep Kaur and Kuljit Singh, for a license to sell beer and wine at Evergreen Mini Mart, 2615 E. Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver.
