SONIC sounds for local Big Brother, Big Sister clubs

Bennington — SONIC Drive-In presented a $8,030 donation to Big Brothers Big Sisters Columbia Northwest on May 30. The 50’s-style drive-up diner chain, with one location on Southeast 192nd Avenue, launched a program in January to make a donation to an area children’s charity for every Wacky Pack meal sold rather than handing out a toy. Big Brothers Big Sister Columbia Northwest is the parent organization for groups in Clark County, as well as in Clackamas, Cowlitz, Marion, Multnomah, Skamania, Wahkiakum and Washington counties.
