Postal workers will hold an informational rally from 4 to 5 p.m. Monday in front of the U.S. Post Office at 2700 Caples Ave., Vancouver.
Mike Blazey of the National Association of Letter Carriers said workers will be passing out information about a variety of issues that could affect mail delivery and post office operations.
He said the rally was organized by workers and is not sanctioned by the union or the U.S. Postal Service.
