Rose Village on the record with action plan

Rose Village — The neighborhood association’s updated action plan has been accepted by the Vancouver City Council. Neighborhood Action Plans are statements of neighborhoods’ ambitions, desires, concerns and issues. According to its plan, Rose Village’s top issues are increasing personal safety and discouraging gang activity, discouraging speeding, improving pedestrian facilities and fixing potholes.
